• Are you legally able to work in Canada?  A valid SIN number or work permit is required to work as a Performer.
   

• Are you over 18 years of age?  If not, please ask a parent/legal guardian contact us.
   

• Have you read the FC Talent Agent/Performer Code of Ethics & Standards?

• Have you reviewed the 2024 Agency Rates?

• Have you viewed our FAQ Page?
   

• Have you completed the Ontario Worker Health & Safety Course?  By law, this is a pre-requisite for all Performers in Ontario.  If you wish to register with us, please click here, be sure to send FC Talent a digital copy of this document upon completion for our records.
